Trust Registered
The trust was registered under the Indian Trusts Act, document No. 222/2020, before the Sub-Registrar's Office, Kuntrathur.
- 30 Sep 2025
Name Confirmed
The First Trust Resolution, executed at Chennai by Chairman Mr. D. Harikrishnan, confirmed the trust's name as Shiyamala Deivasigamani Charitable Trust.

NGO & MSME Registrations
The trust received its Darpan NGO ID and Udyam (MSME) registration, alongside 12A and 80G tax-exemption acknowledgements.
Sports Clubs Under the Trust
The sports clubs under the trust deed operate as a non-profit organisation, registered to achieve specific sporting and charitable objectives — promoting sports, developing athletes, and providing facilities.
The trustees have established two clubs under the trust deed: the Sirukalathur Galatipet Football Club and the Sirukalathur Galatipet Football Academy.
